WHAT SETS NEVA APART?

NEVA clinicians are able to confirm tip placement at the patient’s bedside and release the line without follow up chest x-ray avoiding costly delays in treatment.

NEVA clinicians will recommend the most appropriate access device needed to decrease complications and ensure the best possible patient outcomes. Decisions are based on national standards of practice, regulatory body guidelines and recommendations as well as continued research outcomes within the vascular access specialty.  The Infusion Therapy Standards of Practice 8th edition, released in 2021, continue to focus on placement of the least invasive catheter to achieve therapy completion.  The length of infusion, medication(s) being infused and the patient’s medical and vascular access history are taken into consideration when NEVA clinicians collaborate with the patient’s healthcare team to determine the best vascular access device to place.
